At Sprinklr, we want you to love your home; if your new decor or furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Sprinklr account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

Pack with Care

Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
